The home sits on a quiet, palm-lined street on Marco Island's south end, one of the island's most desirable waterfront pockets. Marco's beachfront is about a mile away, and the island's restaurants, shops, and marinas are a few minutes' drive. Naples and the Everglades are easy day trips.

Single-story home with no interior stairs. The artwork is the owner's personal collection. Please enjoy it with care and don't move or handle pieces. One closet in the primary suite is reserved for the owner and stays locked. Pool and spa use is at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
